This included ideal time to wait after your surgery to see a plastic surgeon, your BMI, what can be done afterwards if the patient thinks they need some plastic surgery to get rid of any excess skin and what this may include.
We had slides, information sheets and lots of before and after images to show the group different surgery’s and some of the options past patients had chosen to take after bariatric surgery to improve their body confidence.
Mr Alan Li Consultant Upper GI, Bariatric and General Surgeon, was also available to help answer any questions alongside Mr Winterton the group may have had and we had lots.
